Mixed Berry Cobbler Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or you can use hemp seed, or coconut milk if you choose
  • 2 or 3 Medjool dates pitted


  • Blend all active ingredients up until you have a smoothie mix! TIP: Chia seeds are one of nature‚Äôs perfect foods. Adding them to a smoothie is a great way to add natural fiber.
